Welcome to Loulé
Our first school building. It dates back to the 1890's, so it has certainly stood the test of time.
Montalvo International School, though ambitious about the future, appreciates the need for strong, stable foundations upon which to build its vision. The initial steps will involve delivering education to upper secondary school students, focusing on iGCSEs and A Levels. We are also considering the integration of Grade 9 as a preparatory year for Grade 10, marking the start of iGCSEs.

Our goal is to make the Montalvo International School premises in Loulé a Centre of Excellence for examination year groups, from Years 9 to 13. This space will serve as a dedicated hub for learning, where students can study, prepare, and receive focused teaching on-site. Moreover, it will offer all the necessary amenities that our students need within the welcoming environs of Loulé city. We envision this blend of academic rigour, personalised attention, and vibrant cultural exposure to be instrumental in our students achieving their academic goals and personal growth.
